Terramor Village is the residential community within the master-planned development of Ladera Ranch that utilizes Green Development practices and has been nationally recognized for the scale and extent of its Green program. These practices include water and energy conservation, use of sustainable products, and ecologically sound site design principals, among others.
The Sutter’s Mill project within Terramor Village exemplified these concepts and has won numerous national architectural and building industry awards. BGB, Inc. was responsible for site design, pedestrian amenities (such as the arbor structure shown in the photograph above), as well as landscape design. BGB, Inc. was also repsonsible for working with a local artist to create “found art” sculptures which are utilized throughout the site and relate to the agrarian / rustic / sustainable theme of the project.
