South Street Cerritos is a new specialty shopping and dining complex in the heart of downtown Cerritos. As a result of its prominent location across from the Cerritos Mall, the City placed high design standards on this development. BGB, Inc. worked with the project architects to satisfy the requirements of both the City and the owner/developer.
The site was a former shopping center that was razed, and the specimen trees were preserved for incorporation into the new project. Design features include pedestrian and vehicular accent paving, decorative fountains, street furniture and accent lighting.
