The National B.I.A. award winning “Attached Community of the Year”, Lewis + Mason project completed in 2020, is a 153-unit walkup multi-family residential project on a 7.7-acre site. Located in the heart of Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle, this “new urbanist” residential project offers active living with a large community pool area, BBQ and lounging. The Mediterranean style planting provides a balance between the required water conserving landscape requirement, yet provides a lush look within the limited landscape areas given the higher density setting.
