Marisol is a 93 lot equestrian development in Oceanside, California. Currently under construction, the project includes extensive in-tract and regional horse trails, and lot sizes to accommodate equestrian facilities, vineyards, orchards, and other rural amenities.
BGB prepared plans for all slope and streetscape landscaping, the model home complex, retention basins, trails, and the 5.4 acre Riparian Mitigation Area.
