This project features two cutting-edge, “Class A” medical office buildings, a specialty retail/restaurant plaza and a 4 story parking structure located adjacent to St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton. Construction of the $33 million Phase I is complete and includes public seating areas, a fountain plaza, outdoor dining, interlocking concrete paving, a dramatic landscape palette and project identification signage. Phase 2 construction is underway.
