BGB, Inc. designed the streetscape, public plazas, second floor terraces and hotel courtyard for the mixed-use redevelopment project in downtown Huntington Beach. Bounded by Pacific Coast Highway, Walnut, 5th and Main Street: the development is a ‘podium’ project entirely built over two levels of subterranean parking.
